EPDM and TPO, explained plainly
EPDM is a synthetic rubber membrane made for flat or low-slope roofs. It is durable and weather resistant.
TPO is a heat-reflective membrane for flat roofs. It is energy-efficient and cost-effective.
Which one fits depends on the building and the roof you have now. We inspect first, then recommend. Pitched sections can take shingle or metal, the same systems we use in residential roofing.

When a coating beats a tear-off
Not every worn roof needs replacing. A roof coating can extend the life of the roof you already have.
Coatings also improve energy efficiency and protect against leaks, UV and weather. We will tell you honestly whether your roof is a candidate. If it is too far gone, we will say that too.
